International shipments may be subjected to local duties and taxes or other surcharges (like warehouse fee / storage fee etc). Customers are responsible for these charges incurred. If you refuse the shipment due to these fees and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping cost and any associated fees from your order's refund.

First Class
This shipping option is available for smaller shipments with a weight below 270g. First Class shipments are carried out through local post office. It usually takes around 5 to 14 days for First class shipments to arrive to your destination.
Priority
This shipping option is available for shipments with a weight below 1.4kg. Priority shipments are carried out through your local post office. Because we ship out all Priority parcels with tracking no., you can track the status of the shipment under USPS's website. It usually takes around 3 to 9 days for Priority shipments to arrive to your destination.
Express
Express Mail shipments are very safe and usually take only around 1-3 days to reach your destination. We will provide a tracking no. number for all Express Mail and a basic $100 insurance is included. Customer can track their parcels online once receiving the tracking no. from us. Extra charge maybe needed for Extended Area or oversized package.
