Defective or Damaged Items

1. What can I do if I have found defective or damaged products in my order?

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

MTGMintCard.com will accept returns for defective or damaged Singles, Sealed Booster Box, Sealed Booster Packs, Deck Protector(Sleeves), Deck Box, Playmat, Fat Packs, Theme Deck, Miniature.

2. Do I need to bear the return shipping or postage charges?

If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will bear the return postage and reimburse the relevant amount by issuing you a MTGMintCard Store Credit. However, we will ONLY be responsible for the return postage or shipping cost if you return the relevant item by standard Air Mail. All other means of returns such as registered Air Mail and Courier services will not be entertained. If the package is returned by any means other than regular Air Mail, We reserve the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund with reference to the cost of a regular Air Mail return. Please also note that we will only be responsible for the regular Air Mail shipping cost of the replacement item.

3. Where do I send products that I want to return?

Please obtain the authorization number (RMA) for the return and return your item(s), with the RMA number clearly marked on the return package, to the following listed address:

Unopened Items

4. What can I do if you want to return unopened items?

If you want to return any unopened items, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason of returning it. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

MTGMintCard.com will NOT accept returns for opened items
Opened Booster Box, Opened Booster Packs, Opened Fat Packs.

5. Do I need to bear the return shipping or postage charges?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return postage for your unwanted returns because we are not responsible for the shipping cost of unopened items return.

Also, No refund will be arranged for the shipping and handling fee paid.
