If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
MTGMintCard.com will accept returns for defective or damaged Singles, Sealed Booster Box, Sealed Booster Packs, Deck Protector(Sleeves), Deck Box, Playmat, Fat Packs, Theme Deck, Miniature.
If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will bear the return postage and reimburse the relevant amount by issuing you a MTGMintCard Store Credit. However, we will ONLY be responsible for the return postage or shipping cost if you return the relevant item by standard Air Mail. All other means of returns such as registered Air Mail and Courier services will not be entertained. If the package is returned by any means other than regular Air Mail, We reserve the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund with reference to the cost of a regular Air Mail return. Please also note that we will only be responsible for the regular Air Mail shipping cost of the replacement item.
