Yes. All our products are authentic. We source majority of our cards directly from Wizards of the Coast and their distributors who sell authentic products. Besides, we also have professional in-house traders to ensure all the cards we received are authentic.
Yes. All our cards are new and in mint condition.
Yes. However, we only offer wholesale price for original sealed products. Please email to [email protected] for any wholesale enquiry.
All of the Used cards we are selling are in excellent condition. They may show minor to moderate wear, but are still playable if sleeved.

Orders

After you have logged in to My Account, your order history will be displayed with all the purchases you have made on our website, with the most recent one on top.

The status of your order is shown under the Status column, you can refer to the symbol for detailed description of your order status.

Payment & Shipping

For the convenience of our valued customers, we accept lots of different payment options:

  • Money orders (only money orders drawn from a US bank in US currency will be accepted)
  • Wire transfer (only accepted for orders over $1,000)
  • Cash (only accepted for local pick up)
However, we do not accept personal check(s) for any purchase.

Yes. However, local pickup is only available in Hong Kong. Please choose Local Pickup as the shipping method during the checkout process, and you can pick up your items at:

International zone 5 countries include Australia.
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or other military addresses by standard shipping and handling only (i.e. USPS First Class/ Priority Mail or equivalent). Express delivery service is not allowed for these types of addresses.
Tracking number is only available for Priority Mail (US only) and Express delivery service (US and International) shipping, and the tracking number will be sent to you in email directly from the postal carrier once your order is shipped.
An email update will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Besides, you can also check the order status at My Account. The status of your order is shown under the Status column, you can refer to the symbol for detailed description of your order status.
You may change your address before your order is shipped. Please write to us to request for change of address as soon as possible. If your package is already shipped, or if the package is undeliverable and returned to us, a reshipment fee may be applied for shipping the order to you again. However, it is more important to fill out your address carefully when you are placing an order.
Shipping to US may take as long as 3 weeks, 4 weeks for international zone 2, 4, 5 countries and up to 8 weeks for international zone 3 countries. If you have not received your order after the delivery time, you can write to us to report a lost shipment. Any address with 3 lost shipments reported will be considered as a "bad address". In order to make sure the packages are delivered correctly, all "bad address" orders must be shipped by Express delivery service. If you happen to encounter lost shipment frequently, please double check your postal address with your local post office or provide us with another mailing address to ensure you receive your order.
Please double check if you have placed your order correctly before contacting us. If there is really something wrong with your order, feel free to write to us and we will fix the problem for you as soon as possible.
The pre-order items will be shipped to you once it is released. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped to you in one shipment on the day when the pre-order items become available. Please allow up to one week for us to process the shipping for all the pre-order items (yet we usually ship 80% of the pre-order items within 3 days after the date of release). If you would like to receive the in-stock items without waiting for the pre-order items to be ready, please separate the in-stock and pre-order items into 2 different orders.

MTGMintCard.com accepts credit card payment thru Paypal only, which means that we do not have any of your credit card information. MTGMintCard.com uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encryptyour personal information during the Shopping Cart and Checkout process, so that it cannot be read while in transit. In addition, MTGMintCard.com is VeriSign certified, indicating that we have met the requirements of the VeriSign Security Certification Program and maintains industry standard technology, security policies and procedures. This certification can be verified by noting the unbroken key (for Netscape Navigator 3.0 or earlier) or locked padlock icon (for Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome) at the bottom of the browser.
When we are not able to provide you with the ordered item(s), you can choose either back order or refund. We will refund your payment automatically if we don't get any reply from you within 2 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please email us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a description of the damaged item. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused. MTGMintCard.com will accept returns for damaged Singles, Sealed Booster Box, Sealed Booster Packs, Deck Protectors(Sleeves), Deck Boxes, Playmats, Fat Packs, Theme Decks and Miniature. We will NOT accept returns for Opened Booster Box, Opened Booster Packs and Opened Fat Packs.
If the returned item is confirmed damaged, we will bear the return postage and reimburse the relevant amount by Store Credits. However, we will ONLY be responsible for the return postage if you return the item by standard Air Mail. Please also note that we will only be responsible for the regular Air Mail shipping cost of the replacement item.
